What happens when a drive thru person continues to not push the not correct buttons for the items you really want to order? As a customer, u still get charged for incorrect items and have to pay for them.

Report it to management and you will possibly get your meal fee next time

What is the procedure when you have experienced horrible service. Especially when the order was taken incorrectly and was mouthed off by 2 teenagers?
